Phase 4 Now Released

Nestled between rolling hills, the valley at Braestone is where you will reconnect with your roots in Phase 4. Where the path meets the ponds, these 20 homesites are found on a selection of 1⁄2 an acre to over one-acre valley and ridge lots. Winding along the natural curves of the trails in the forest-covered valley you will stumble upon the Woodland Hideaway, a sheltered retreat to enjoy a picnic on a summer afternoon, or a rest stop during a cold winter snowshoe. A number of trails are already beckoning homeowners to explore the century-old forests, wetlands, aquifer ponds and cold-water streams.

Braestone’s 275-acre nature preserve flows through and around its neighbourhoods that have been deliberately established in nodes and connected through a comprehensive trail system that walkers, cyclists, cross country skiers and snowshoers can enjoy. This unspoiled countryside, while providing privacy, will also establish a binding, purposeful and meaningful sense of community. Within the Braestone nature preserve lies majestic forested areas to explore.

Braestone is so big and beautiful and, at the same time so close to everything, there’s complete freedom to do and to be. It’s recognizing that the sun shines brighter, the air smells fresher, the water is purer. Living at Braestone is an escape from the hustle and bustle of city life with all of the conveniences you need in close proximity. The neighbouring historic community of Orillia is just ten minutes way and offers small-town charm with modern day conveniences.
